abstract A sensing chamber for a bioprocessing system includes a front plate, a back plate, at least one fluidic channel intermediate the front plate and the back plate, a first port in fluid communication with the fluidic channel and permitting a flow of fluid into the fluidic channel, and a second port in fluid communication with the fluidic channel and permitting a flow of fluid out of the fluidic channel. The at least one fluidic channel includes a plurality of segments permitting monitoring of a plurality of parameters of the fluid within the at least one fluidic channel via at least electrochemical and optical sensing techniques.
