abstract | The invention relates to a method for producing at least one molecular sensor (2, 2', 2'') having at least one nanoparticle (3), which nanoparticle (3) is coated with at least one molecularly imprinted polymer molecule (4). In a first step of the method, a mixture is provided that comprises at least one nanoparticle (3), at least one template molecule (6) and a number of monomer molecules (5, 5'). In a further step, at least part of a surface (7) of the nanoparticle (3) is excited by means of electromagnetic radiation and at least one monomer molecule (5) is activated such that polymerisation takes place to form at least one molecularly imprinted polymer molecule (4) and/or the nanoparticle (3) is coated with at least one molecularly imprinted polymer molecule (4). The invention also relates to a molecular sensor (2, 2', 2'') having at least one nanoparticle (3), which nanoparticle (3) is coated with at least one molecularly imprinted polymer molecule (4). The invention further relates to an analysis method for selectively detecting an analyte (41) in a sample (40) and to an analysis system (1) for detecting, in particular for quantifying, at least one analyte (41) in a sample (40). |
