abstract Disclosed is a low-roller-resistance energy-saving rubber conveying belt, comprising a core layer and covering rubber layers provided on two sides of the core layer; the conveying belt is characterized in that the covering rubber layers are obtained according to the following method steps: S1, respectively weighing, in parts by weight, raw materials for preparing covering rubber layers, specifically as follows: 50-60 parts of butadiene rubber, 30-40 parts of natural rubber, 5-8 parts of white carbon black, 5-8 parts of sulfur, 0.2-0.3 parts of chlorinated paraffin, 0.1-0.3 parts of decabromodiphenyl ether, 0.2-0.4 parts of paraffin oil, 0.3-0.6 parts of liquid coumarone, 0.5-0.8 parts of argil, 1-2 parts of an accelerant TMTD, 0.6-1 part of an anti-aging agent MB, and 0.2-0.6 parts of an anti-aging agent RD. For the covering layer rubber of the conveying belt, butadiene rubber and natural rubber are used as raw rubber, and argil is doped and matched with specific auxiliary materials such as chlorinated paraffin, decabromodiphenyl ether, paraffin oil and liquid coumarone. The specific material formula and process steps enable the viscoelastic coefficient of the finished product rubber to be relatively small, thereby enabling the running resistance of a conveyor roller to be relatively small, and the energy consumption of a conveyor is low.
