titleOfInvention Wool cortical cell/pva composite porous material and manufacturing method therefor
abstract The present invention relates to the field of functional materials. Disclosed are a wool cortical cell/PVA composite porous material and a manufacturing method therefor. The method of the present invention for manufacturing the wool cortical cell/PVA composite porous material comprises the following steps: adding cortical cells into a PVA solution and mixing evenly to produce a mixed solution; and freeze-drying the mixed solution to produce the wool cortical cell/PVA composite porous material, where the mass ratio of PVA to wool cortical cells is 50-37.5:50-62.5, and the concentration of PVA solution is 6-10%. In the present invention, the extraction rate of the cortical cells is 32.8%, waste wool can be effectively utilized, the impact strength of the porous material manufactured is as high as 1.173 KJ/m 2 , the thermal insulation rate is as high as 43.42%, the thermal conductivity coefficient is as low as 0.0370 W/(m·°C), the sound absorption coefficient at 2000 Hz is as high as 0.98 or more, the noise reduction coefficient (NRC) is as high as 0.52 or more, the water absorption rate is as high as 341% or more; the density is low and is as low as 0.235 g/cm 3 , and the weight is light.
