abstract The present invention relates to a peptide with improved transdermal drug delivery efficacy, a method for modifying a peptide, and a composition for transdermal drug delivery comprising a peptide modified thereby, wherein, with respect to a modified peptide according to one aspect, even if the modified peptide has a high molecular weight or does not have a CPP structure, transdermal delivery efficacy of the peptide by reverse electrodialysis is improved through change in the net charge, thereby providing the effect of enabling effective delivery of the peptide into the skin.
