titleOfInvention Hamed pd: private, all-specialized doctor for all
abstract There are a lot of people around the world who cannot access doctors easily. Also, treatments may be so expensive for some individuals, so they may be deprived from being protected against diseases. HAMED PD can solve these problems and it would be beneficial for everyone around the world; no matter where live, or poor or rich is. Furthermore, HAMED PD is an all-specialized, artificial intelligence doctor and can help patients with any kind of mental or physical problems, for prognosing and diagnosing diseases and giving specific treatments. HAMED PD is also a vet doctor (veterinarian), and can help recovering animals from illnesses. HAMED PD can show trends of all diseases, specifically contagious ones, around the world and proper, quick actions, like quarantines, can be done more easily. HAMED PD can estimate the required human resource, hospitalization facilities, drugs, medical center and so on, too. There is database which include all diseases specifications, patient's previous data (such as consumed drugs and foods, done tests or treated illnesses), Genetics data of any races and families, and all drugs and foods data. Next, algorithms of all diseases should be drawn based on the database. HAMED PD can get desired information from patients in inputs unit, directly or indirectly. Patients themselves can give information manually, e.g. physical information (weight, height, previous disease, etc.), to the system. HAMED PD also can get information from a patient by processing his or her picture and voice, or using sensors like heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen level, and so on. There is an artificial intelligence unit that can match persons signs and symptoms of diseases to the algorithms. It can also write new specific data of a single person in the database for later usages. Communication Unit can tell the patient if his or her data are not enough for determining a sickness and jump back to the inputs unit, or providing that a decision is made by artificial intelligence unit, the result would communicate with the patient. Next stage of the system is designed to help patients for treating their illnesses. It includes at-home care, drugs & foods, insurance, medical centers, real doctors, and robotic surgery units. These can also modify the database. At-home care unit can seamlessly watch patients' situations, and send nurses and doctors in emergency ones. This unit can be more valuable during a pandemic when hospitals do not have enough spaces to cure all patients.
