titleOfInvention Axial and depth verification guide plate for implanting, and method for fabrication thereof
abstract Provided are an axial and depth verification guide plate for implanting, and a method for fabrication thereof, the fabrication method comprising the following steps: S1: obtaining dentition data by means of an optical scanner to obtain a preoperative model; virtually arranging the teeth to obtain a virtual wax pattern; taking a cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) scan to obtain jaw bone data; S2: determining implant model type specifications, and, in view of the virtual wax pattern and the jaw bone data, adjusting the three-dimensional position of an implant; S3: customizing an abutment to obtain abutment data and model data after fitting of the dentition data and jaw bone data; S4: constructing abutment cylindrical features, deviating toward the labial/buccal and lingual/palatal sides, respectively, and constructing the offset cylindrical features again; S5: modeling of an indicator rod (2), and fitting with the offset abutment data to obtain indicator rod (2) data; S6: designing an occlusal splint (1) and connecting it to the indicator rod (2), and completing design of the verification guide plate, and 3D printing. The invention has advantages such as easy and accurate verification of the axial and depth position of the implant.
