The present invention relates to a novel JAK-specific inhibitor compound and a method for preparing same. The present invention, by regulating signal transduction at the level of JAK kinase, can exhibit therapeutic effects on, for example, inflammatory diseases, autoimmune diseases, myeloproliferative diseases, and cancer in a human body. In particular, the selectivity to JAK1 is high, and thus a greater therapeutic effect can be exhibited with a smaller dose or fewer side effects, a greater therapeutic effect on inflammatory or autoimmune diseases can be exhibited, and furthermore, the effect of preventing and treating liver fibrosis can be expected. |
