titleOfInvention | Composition for preparing decellularized scaffold, comprising graphene nanostructure |
abstract | The present invention relates to a composition for preparing a decellularized scaffold, comprising nano graphene oxide. The inventors crosslinked nano graphene oxide to a decellularized liver scaffold to strengthen the properties of the scaffold and inhibit protease activity of the scaffold, and thus have established the optimum crosslinking condition exhibiting the effects of anti-inflammation and polarization to M2 macrophages. It is ascertained that nano graphene oxide strengthens the durability of the scaffold so that biodegradation is inhibited and, simultaneously, inflammatory reactions that can occur after transplantation are minimized, and thus it is expected that nano graphene oxide can be effectively used in the production and transplantation of clinically applicable artificial organs. |
