titleOfInvention | Hydrogel burn treatment agent and preparation method therefor |
abstract | The present invention relates to a hydrogel burn treatment agent and a preparation method therefor, the method comprising the steps of: (a) preparing a hydrogel composition by mixing an alginic acid solution and a drug; (b) primarily applying the hydrogel composition to an affected part; (c) preparing a cross-linking agent; and (d) secondarily applied the cross-linking agent on the hydrogel composition applied to the affected part, thereby forming a hydrogel film through cross-linking of at least a part of the surface of the hydrogel composition. A hydrogel film is formed on an affected part through the sequential application of a hydrogel composition and a cross-linking agent, so that adhesion to a wound affected part can be prevented regardless of whether the affected part is bent, such as a hand part or a foot part, and rapid application even to a wide area burn is possible, so that moisture evaporation and inflammation, which are caused by skin loss, can be prevented to enable effective use in early emergency burn treatment. |
