abstract Disclosed is a method for producing of 2-[18F]fluoro-4-boronophenylalanine comprising radioisotopes ([18F]FBPA), the method having a precursor with an effective leaving group and reaction conditions for high-yield synthesis of [18F]FBPA to allow the target compound, [18F]FBPA, to be efficiently synthesized, and same can be mass produced using automated synthesis apparatuses to allow effective use in molecular imaging technology.
