An in-situ injectable hydrogel for treating central nervous injury and a preparation method therefor. The hydrogel is formed by means of performing click chemical coupling on arginine-glycine-aspartic acid-modified multi-arm polyethylene glycol-X and multi-arm polyethylene glycol-Y by means of functional groups, and the hydrogel is coated with nano/micro particles and growth factors of sustained-release immunomodulatory and/or antioxidant drugs loaded thereon by means of chemical coupling reaction. The injectable hydrogel delivers precise and sustained local release of immunomodulatory and/or antioxidant drugs and growth factors at the site of an injury, so that the formation of a cystic cavity after spinal cord injury is prevented, secondary injury caused by neuroinflammation is alleviated, residual spinal cord nerve tissues and axons are protected, and the formation of glial scar tissues is reduced. The hydrogel provides a permeable extracellular matrix environment for the regeneration of body nerve axons, thereby promoting the recovery of electrophysiological and motor functions, and can be used for the repair of injuries to soft tissues such as the spinal cord. |
