titleOfInvention Fat separator using assisted filtering, negative pressure and capillarity
abstract The present invention patent pertains to the field of equipment used for plastic surgery, specifically body contouring (aesthetic surgery), breast reconstruction, treatment of burns, treatment of wounds in general, and tissue regeneration with fat grafting. The invention relates to negative pressure-assisted-filtering fat-separation equipment, comprising a cannula, a chamber or a filter recipient for fat deposits, with an internally coupled, circumferential/360° sieve-type filter built into the conventional negative-pressure liposuction line. The equipment to which the present patent relates is used in the phase of preparing/separating the aspirated fat from the remainder of the content aspirated concomitantly during liposuction, for immediate grafting into the patient.
