A composition for detecting severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus type 2 (SARS-CoV-2) of the present invention comprises a recombinant nucleocapsid protein (NP) tagged with a streptavidin-binding peptide (SBP), and a recombinant spike protein receptor binding domain (RBD) protein tagged with SBP. As each of the recombinant proteins has excellent sensitivity and specificity to SARS-CoV-2, and a mixture thereof and a diagnostic strip prepared based thereon also exhibit excellent sensitivity and specificity as well as rapid diagnostic ability, the recombinant proteins may be effectively used to detect and diagnose SARS-CoV-2 viruses. |
