titleOfInvention Protein having effect of improving immunostimulatory activity of lactic acid bacteria exopolysaccharide, and fermented milk including same and method for producing same
abstract The present invention is at least one protein selected from the group consisting of proteins (a) to (d) below. (a) A protein comprising the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1; (b) a protein comprising the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1, in which one or more amino acids other than serine, leucine, phenylalanine, serine, and aspartic acid at positions 334-338 are substituted, deleted, inserted and/or added, the protein also having the effect of improving immunostimulatory activity of lactic acid bacteria exopolysaccharide; (c) a protein comprising an amino acid sequence having at least 80% identity with the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1, in which the amino acids corresponding to positions 334-338 of the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1 are, from the N terminus, serine, leucine, phenylalanine, serine, and aspartic acid, the protein also having the effect of improving immunostimulatory activity of lactic acid bacteria exopolysaccharide; and (d) a protein comprising an amino acid sequence encoded by DNA hybridizing, under a strict condition, with the complementary strand of DNA comprising the nucleotide sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 2, in which the amino acids corresponding to positions 334-338 of the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1 are, from the N terminus, serine, leucine, phenylalanine, serine, and aspartic acid, the protein also having the effect of improving immunostimulatory activity of lactic acid bacteria exopolysaccharide.
