abstract Provided is an organic compound. The organic compound has a structure represented by formula (I): wherein each of X 1 to X 4 independently represents N or CR; L 1 represents a single bond or an aryl residue; L 2 represents a single bond or an aryl residue; L1 and L 2 are not single bonds at the same time; m and n are integers of 1 to 3; when L1 is a single bond, m is 1; and when L2 is a single bond, n is 1, Ar1 and Ar2 are each independently H, a C1-C12 alkyl, a C1-C12 alkoxy, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C60 aryl, a substituted or unsubstituted C3-C60 heteroaryl or cyano, Ar1 and Ar2 are not H at the same time, Ar1 and Ar2 are not a C1-C12 alkyl at the same time, and Ar1and Ar2 are not a C1-C12 alkoxy at the same time. Also provided are an organic electroluminescent material and an organic electroluminescent device.
