abstract | This setting device has a CPU that acquires imaged portion information indicating an imaged portion of a subject W and body thickness information indicating the body thickness. The CPU acquires condition information indicating which of the following conditions is set as an imaging condition of a radiation irradiation device: a first condition in which a tube voltage value is a fixed value and an mAs value is a variable value; a second condition in which the tube voltage value is a variable value and the mAs value is a fixed value; and a third condition in which the tube voltage value is a variable value and the mAs value is a variable value. On the basis of the imaged portion, the body thickness, and the condition information, the CPU derives a set value for the tube voltage and a set value for the mAs value of the radiation irradiation device, the set values enabling the radiation irradiation device to emit radiation such that the dose after transmission through the imaged portion is identical to the dose at a reference body thickness. |
