abstract |
The invention disclosed consists of a system for the oriented implantation of transcatheter aortic devices in order to achieve the implantation thereof with the desired orientation of the same, in such a way that said orientation enables the achievement of an optimal alignment of the commissures of the prosthesis and the commissures of the native valve, depending on the characteristics of the patient in question, as occurs in the case of surgical valve replacement, thus improving the efficacy of the prosthesis and the durability thereof. |
