abstract The invention relates to genetic engineering, biotechnology and medicine; more specifically, the present invention provides stimulation of angiogenesis, regeneration of nerve fibers of blood vessels and regeneration of skeletal muscle by applying a combination of two recombinant expression plasmids, -pBudK-coVEGF-coANG and pBudK-coGDNF. The present invention may be used to treat conditions associated with insufficient circulation, in particular cardiovascular surgery, as well as to treat neurodegenerative diseases and traumatic injury to skeletal muscle, by using a combination of genes encoding the synthesis of proangiogenic and neurotrophic factors.
