The method comprises: separating, by using the following chromatographic conditions, relevant metabolites in body fluids of individuals administrated Lianhua Qingwen drugs: a chromatographic column: C18 chromatographic column; mobile phases: A: 0.1 % aqueous formic acid solution, and B: acetonitrile, the volume ratio of A to B being (98-5):(2-95); flow velocity: 0.3 mL/min; and column temperature: 35°C.
