abstract Provided is a treatment method selection support device that generates, by machine learning, a discriminator (identifier) as a diagnostic marker or a classifier as a stratification marker on the basis of measurement data on brain activity, and uses the same as a biomarker. A treatment method selection support system 300a, 300b, 500 comprises a clustering device 300b that executes stratification for dividing measurement results of brain functional connectivity correlation values acquired from multiple second subjects into multiple clusters through clustering processing. The treatment method selection support system further comprises: a database device 5100 for storing the cluster resulting from stratification by the clustering classifier in association with corresponding predetermined treatment method information; and a support information provision device 300a that receives, as an input, a measurement result of the brain activity of a first subject, and outputs corresponding treatment method information according to the classification result, by the clustering classifier, for the measurement result.
