The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a nucleic acid oligomer represented by formula (2) (in the formula, the symbols have the same meanings as in the description), the method including a step for reacting a nucleic acid oligomer represented by formula (1) (in the formula, the symbols have the same meanings as in the description) and a trichloroacetic acid solution in which the molar ratio of formaldehyde and trichloroacetic acid (formaldehyde mol/trichloroacetic acid mol) is 11×10-5 or less. |
