abstract |
The present invention relates to a DNA aptamer that specifically binds to a COVID-19 virus and use thereof, in which the aptamer selected by a modified SELEX (Systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment) method of the present invention binds to a site different from a portion where an antibody binds to a COVID-19 virus nuclear protein, and thus can be applied to various fields such as a sandwich-type biosensor. Furthermore, such an aptamer has very good stability and sensitivity, compared to formulations comprising conventional antibodies, and is advantageous in that mass production is enabled in a short time and at low cost by using a chemical synthesis method and in that various modifications are easily made to increase a binding force. |
