Masterbatch for foam molding and use thereof |
abstract |
The present invention provides: a masterbatch for foam molding which is inhibited from adhering to molding equipment and has excellent dispersibility and with which highly expanded molded foam that is lightweight and has an excellent appearance can be produced; and a use of the masterbatch. The masterbatch for foam molding comprises a base resin and heat-expandable microspheres, wherein the base resin includes EPDM and the content of the heat-expandable microspheres is higher than 300 parts by weight but not higher than 750 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the base resin, the masterbatch for foam molding having a Mooney viscosity ML1+4(100°C) of 15-90. |
