abstract |
Provided are: a halogenated zinc phthalocyanine pigment that is for use as a green pigment for a color filter and makes it possible to achieve excellent brightness; and a production method for the halogenated zinc phthalocyanine pigment. A halogenated zinc phthalocyanine pigment. When a coating film that includes 1.00 parts by mass of the pigment, 0.95 parts by mass of a benzyl methacrylate-methacrylic acid copolymer, and 0.30 parts by mass of a dimethyl amino ethyl methacrylate copolymer is heated for an hour at 230°C to form an evaluation coating film that is 4 μm thick, the average scattering intensity for scattering angles 2θ of 17°–21° is found from a two-dimensional scattering image obtained by GI-WAXS measurement of the evaluation coating film, and a normalized average scattering intensity that results in the average scattering intensity for an azimuth of 45° being 1 is found, the normalized average scattering intensity for azimuths of 5°–89° is 0.70–1.15. |
