titleOfInvention Serum-free in vitro maturation culture solution for bovine oocytes and oocyte culture method
abstract Disclosed are a serum-free in vitro maturation culture solution for bovine oocytes and an oocyte culture method, falling within the technical field of cell culture. The serum-free in vitro maturation culture solution for bovine oocytes comprises a Hepes-free M199 basic culture solution, fatty acid-free BSA, HMG, 17β-estradiol, EGF, L-cysteine, bFGF, 100×Glutamax, folic acid, cholic acid, and CXCL12. The in vitro maturation culture solution for oocytes is used for culturing bovine oocytes, without the use of serum, such that the maturation rate of the bovine oocytes is improved, and the early embryo development rate of in vitro fertilization embryos and somatic cell nuclear transfer embryos is effectively improved.
