abstract The present invention relates to an ODF manufacturing system and method for performing string-shaped coating and front coating by using a slot die, which is formed to continuously discharge, without tilting or horizontal reciprocation, a film solution without stopping and, simultaneously, allow the film solution discharged to a base film to be formed into multiple rows of string-shaped coatings spaced width-wise from each other and longitudinally extended, so that the coating solution discharge time, compared to the total process time, is remarkably increased, and thus productivity can be maximized, and the position of the slot die is fixed so as to maintain the viscosity and cohesive force of the film solution accommodated in the slot die, thereby enabling improvement of the discharge amount, thickness and uniformity of the film solution to be discharged, and a first cutting part is arranged at the rear of a drying part so as to transversely cut an oral dissolving film formed from the string-shaped coatings, and thus can cut, at precise lengths, the string-shaped coatings, which longitudinally extend to be long, and process same as pieces.
