A polyguanamine including repeating units represented by formula (1) (wherein A is a divalent organic group having an aromatic ring structure and/or an alicyclic structure). The polyguanamine, when examined as a 5-μm-thick film, has a glass transition temperature of 350°C or higher, a total light transmittance of 85% or greater, and a yellowness index of 10 or less. |
