Disclosed are a low-smoke density high-performance halogen-containing flame-retardant reinforced PBT composite and a preparation method therefor. The low-smoke density high-performance halogen-containing flame-retardant reinforced PBT composite comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35.4 to 56.7 parts PBT, 10 to 16 parts of a brominated flame retardant, 3 to 7 parts of a synergistic flame retardant, 10 to 40 parts glass fiber, 0.5 to 1 part epoxy resin, 1 to 3 parts zinc borate, 4 to 8 parts molybdate, 1 to 3 parts of a reactive smoke suppressant, and 0.1 to 0.3 parts of an antioxidant. In the present invention, the PBT, brominated flame retardant, synergistic flame retardant, glass fiber, zinc borate, molybdate, reactive smoke suppressant and other components are combined with each other to prepare the low-smoke density high-performance halogen-containing flame-retardant reinforced PBT composite, and the low-smoke density high-performance halogen-containing flame-retardant reinforced PBT composite has an excellent smoke suppression performance while maintaining good mechanical properties. |
