titleOfInvention Heat-conducting halogen-free flame-retardant polyurethane elastomer and preparation method therefor
abstract The present invention belongs to the technical field of polyurethane articles, and in particular relates to a heat-conducting halogen-free flame-retardant polyurethane elastomer and a preparation method therefor. The polyurethane elastomer is prepared from component A and component B, with the mass ratio of component A to component B being 100 : 90-110. A polyoxypropylene ether polyol, a polytetrahydrofuran ether polyol, a diisocyanate and a plasticizer are reacted at 75-85°C for 2-3 hours to prepare a prepolymer with an isocyanate group content of 8.0-12.0%, i.e. component A. An amine chain extender, a polyoxypropylene ether polyol, a vegetable oil polyol, a flame retardant, a heat-conducting filler, a catalyst and an anti-aging agent are mixed until uniform, and then subjected to vacuum dehydration at 100-110°C to prepare component B. The polyurethane elastomer prepared in the present invention has V0 flame retardant rating, is environmentally friendly and free of halogens, and has excellent heat-conducting properties. The preparation method therefor is scientific and reasonable, simple and easy to operate.
