abstract |
The present application provides a method for preparation of mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes and a cell culture prepared therefrom, wherein the method comprises the steps of: obtaining a cell sample from mesenchymal stem cells and subculturing same; culturing the cultured cells in a substrate medium containing a protein synthesis inhibiting enzyme to obtain a cell culture; and separating exosomes from the cell culture. The method for preparation of exosomes according to the present application has the advantage of being able to separate exosomes at a high concentration with high purity. |
