abstract | Provided is a technique for detecting and/or analyzing target molecules, the technique being for assisting the setting of conditions for immunostaining for a reagent that contains binding molecules. Provided is an information processing device comprising: a signal acquisition unit for acquiring a signal derived from a sample containing a biological specimen; a processing unit for calculating, on the basis of the signal, a condition for immunostaining for a reagent, with respect to the sample containing the biological specimen; and an output unit for outputting the condition for immunostaining. The signal includes a signal derived from target molecules in the biological specimen and a signal derived from the reagent containing binding molecules that is capable of binding to the target molecules, and/or includes a signal derived from non-target molecules and a signal derived from the reagent. |
