Provided are a marine-derived gelatin-based injectable hydrogel hemostatic agent, and the use thereof and an application method therefor. On the basis of the weight percentage being 100%, the marine-derived gelatin-based injectable hydrogel hemostatic agent comprises the following components: 0.1%-10% of chemically modified marine-derived gelatin, 10%-20% of a photocrosslinking gel factor, 0.1%-15% of a tissue adhesion factor, 0.1%-0.5% of a photoinitiator, and a dissolved quantity of a solvent. The injectable hydrogel hemostatic agent has a rapid and good hemostatic effect, does not cause additional trauma to surrounding tissues during the process of hemostasis, is degradable, and can be widely used in hemostasis for accidental trauma or surgical wounds of human or animal tissues and organs. |
