titleOfInvention Solvent-free marine antifouling coating and preparation method therefor
abstract The present invention relates to the technical field of coatings, in particular to a solvent-free marine antifouling coating and a preparation method therefor. The coating comprises component A and component B. Component A comprises a degradable polyester polyol, a castor oil derivative, a composite antifouling agent, a water scavenger, a defoamer, a dispersant, and a pigment. Component B is a curing agent polyisocyanate. In the solvent-free marine antifouling coating provided by the present invention, the introduction of the isocyanate and the formation of a network structure in the degradable polyester polyurethane resin, enables a film of the coating to have excellent adhesion and impact resistance. At the same time, due to the breaking of ester bonds, a film of paint can slowly degrade to release the antifouling agent in the coating, producing a good antifouling effect. The combination of the degradable polyester polyol and the castor oil derivative enables the crosslinking density and crosslinking speed of the coating to be adjusted, thereby optimizing mechanical properties of the coating and obtaining a proper pot life of the coating system, while also enabling the viscosity of the coating system to be adjusted, eliminating the need to add an organic solvent, and protecting the environment.
