The present disclosure provides a spermidine derivative compound, use thereof, and a method for preparing same. The spermidine derivative compound may be N,N'-dicumaroylspermidine. The spermidine derivative compound provides an effect of preventing, ameliorating and/or treating allergic diseases, without cytotoxicity. The method for preparing the spermidine derivative compound comprises the steps of: preparing a borage extract; systematically fractionating the borage extract with hexane, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate, butyl alcohol and water to acquire a hexane layer; and separating the hexane layer by chromatography. |
