The invention relates to a respiratory device, in particular a tracheal cannula for inserting into a tracheostomy, comprising a cannula element which comprises a neck element and a hollow body element arranged on the neck element. The hollow body element has an inner wall which surrounds at least one inner lumen, wherein the inner wall is surrounded by an outer wall, and an intermediate lumen is defined between the inner wall and the outer wall. In a first state, the hollow body element is in a flexible state, and the hollow body element can be brought into a second dimensionally stable state by supplying a specified quantity of stabilizing fluid into the intermediate lumen. |
