abstract A method and apparatus for measuring a muscle fatigue degree after exercise, and an electronic device. The measuring method comprises: obtaining body state parameters of a user before exercise and the body state parameters after exercise (S11), wherein the body state parameters comprise body stability, a heart rate, a respiratory rate, and a respiration intensity; and calculating, according to the body state parameters of the user before exercise and the body state parameters of the user after exercise, a muscle fatigue degree of the user after exercise (S12). The measuring method facilitates self-measurement of users, and has high user acceptance.
