titleOfInvention CONJUGATE CONTAINING α-GALACTOSYL CERAMIDE ANALOGUE AND CARBOHYDRATE ANTIGEN AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR AND USE THEREOF
abstract A conjugate containing an α-galactosyl ceramide analogue and a carbohydrate antigen and a preparation method therefor and a use thereof, belonging to the technical field of antitumor carbohydrate vaccine development. Provided is the conjugate containing an α-galactosyl ceramide analogue and a carbohydrate antigen, which is a compound shown in a general formula (I) or an isomer, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, a hydrate or a solvent compound thereof. Capable of generating a tumor carbohydrate antigen Tn specific immunoreaction with higher titer, achieving the purpose of killing tumor cells and producing an anti-tumor effect, the conjugate is expected to become a new-generation anti-tumor drug. In the general formula (I): n is an integer from 2-6; m is an integer from 9 to 25; and R is selected from any one substituent of -CH 3 and (aa).
