abstract The present inventive concept provides "Neuroquiescence" as a method for treating neurovascular dysregulation underlying neurodevelopmental and neurodegenerative dysfunctions by improving immunovascular robustness for fueling glial cells while pausing neuronal bioelectrical activity for remyelination and astrocyte resetting cellular homeostasis. Neuroquiescence may be used to treat a wide range of disorders including nervous system neuropathy, cognitive processing, sensory and motor processing, seizures, and/or neurocognitive and neuromuscular degeneration associated with neurological dysfunctions.
