The present group of inventions relates to a biologically active complex for producing dental and/or oral care products, such as toothpastes and mouthwashes. The biologically active complex comprises the following ingredients: a) L-arginin, b) protease selected from actinidine, subtilisin, bromelain, papain or mixtures thereof, c) a flavonoid selected from myricetin and quercetin or a mixture thereof, and d) chlorogenic acid, which can be used in combination for preventing and/or treating periodontal diseases (periodontal atrophy, periodontitis, gingivitis), and for preventing and/or treating inflammatory diseases of the oral mucosa (stomatitis). The complex allows the prevention and/or treatment of gingivitis. |
