A personal protection equipment (PPE) respirator device may comprise a facepiece having a molded body designed to fit over a nose and a mouth of a user, the molded body configured to define a sealable space formed around the nose and the mouth of the user for delivering air to the user. In addition, the PPE respirator device may further comprise a physiological sensor positioned inside the sealable space of the molded body, wherein the physiological sensor is configured to sense data of the user via optical signals that pass through the molded body. |
