abstract The present invention relates to a method for decreasing the active residence time of virus particles on biotic and abiotic surfaces, wherein the surfaces are misted with a liquid comprising spores of aerobic bacteria. The invention also relates to a composition comprising spores of aerobic bacteria in an aqueous solution with ethanol. The invention also relates to a use of this composition for nebulising onto surfaces according to the above-mentioned method.
