abstract The present application provides a fusion protein molecule, a preparation method therefor, and use thereof. Specifically, the present application provides a fusion protein, containing a binding protein of an S protein or a functional fragment and a targeting moiety thereof, wherein the targeting moiety can specifically bind to a factor of an activated T cell; the present application further provides a fusion protein, containing a binding protein of an S protein or a functional fragment and a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) function structure thereof, wherein the CAR function structure comprises a transmembrane domain, a co-stimulatory domain, and an intracellular signaling domain. The present application further provides a preparation method for the fusion protein, and use thereof, separately, or in combination with a cell factor or a fusion protein thereof, in preparation of drugs for treating diseases caused by coronavirus.
