abstract The present invention relates to the technical field of plasticizers, and provides a chlorinated fatty acid ester environment-friendly plasticizer and a preparation method therefor. In the present invention, palm oil is used for preparing fatty acid methyl ester, refined fatty acid methyl ester is chlorinated and then mixed with a stabilizer, and the chlorinated fatty acid ester environment-friendly plasticizer in the present invention is obtained. The palm oil is natural oil, resources are rich, components are stable, the costs are low, and the prepared plasticizer product is stable in quality and non-toxic; furthermore, in the present invention, the refined fatty acid methyl ester can be directly chlorinated or mixed with palm oil and then chlorinated, and the end point of the chlorination reaction is controlled according to density requirements, so that a series of chlorinated fatty acid ester environment-friendly plasticizers having different densities are obtained. The whole reaction process of the preparation method provided in the present invention is easily controlled, the production process is environmentally friendly and economical, the operation is simple, and the preparation method is suitable for large-scale industrial production.
