abstract According to an embodiment disclosed herein, provided is a method for designing an artificial base sequence, wherein multiple probes are produced with respect to a sequence of an arbitrary micro RNA selected in the profile of a target micro RNA, each of the multiple probes is bound to the sequence of the target micro RNA on the basis of sequence and concentration information about the target micro RNA to determine a conjugate concentration with respect to each of the multiple probes, and at least a portion of the multiple probes selected on the basis of the conjugate concentration is optimized a predetermined number of times to obtain an optimal probe with respect to the target micro RNA.
