abstract |
The present invention relates to the field of positive electrode materials of lithium ion batteries, and discloses a positive electrode active material with a superlattice structure and a preparation method therefor, and a lithium ion battery using same. The positive electrode active material comprises a structure having the following chemical composition: LiNi(1-x-y-z)MnxCoyRzO2. The positive electrode active material has a superlattice structure with a periodicity of 2a×2b×c. The superlattice structure has a size of 30-60 nm in one direction and a size of 160-230 nm in another direction. The positive electrode active material of the present invention improves the electrochemical performance and safety performance of a high-nickel ternary material. |
