titleOfInvention | Waste mask disinfection processing machine and waste mask disinfection processing method |
abstract | Disclosed is a waste mask disinfection processing machine. The waste mask disinfection processing machine comprises a box body (1) and a control system (60). The box body (1) sequentially comprises a temporary storage compartment (10), a heating compartment (20) and a storage compartment (30) from top to bottom. The heating compartment (20) is internally provided with a heating device (22), and the heating device (22) is an infrared disinfection device comprising a plurality of infrared light sources. After entering the heating compartment (20), waste masks are heated and disinfected by the heating device (22) under the control of the control system (60), enter the storage compartment (30) from a first movable switch (50), and can be taken out from a taking-out port (32). The waste mask disinfection processing machine utilizes the heating effect of infrared rays to sterilize and disinfect masks; the required time is short; and the infrared rays have a certain penetrability, such that a large number of masks can be disinfected and sterilized at the same time. Bacteria, fungi and viruses on the waste masks are killed, such that the continuous growth and diffusion of bacteria, fungi and viruses can be avoided, and the sanitation and health of residents, sanitation workers and subsequent medical waste recovery processing persons are protected. |
