The present invention relates to a thrombus imaging radiopharmaceutical for radioisotope labeling. The radiopharmaceutical of the present invention binds to glycoprotein IIb/IIIa with high affinity, enables thrombus imaging through quick reduction of background radioactivity, and can be simply synthesized at high yield by coupling a chelator to a metallic radioisotope. In addition, the radiopharmaceutical can be easily prepared in hospitals using a quick and convenient preparation method, which has been a challenge for conventional radiopharmaceuticals, and thus is expected to be advantageously applied to emergency patients. |
