titleOfInvention Oligonucleotide and plasmid for detecting porcine endogenous retrovirus and method for porcine endogenous retrovirus gene
abstract The present invention relates to an oligonucleotide and a plasmid, for detecting a porcine endogenous retrovirus, and a method for detecting a porcine endogenous retrovirus gene using same. An oligonucleotide set according to the present invention can quickly and accurately identify a porcine endogenous retrovirus present in a sample, and thus can be used as data for verifying the safety of donor pigs in xenotransplantation studies.
