In the unit (2), -CH 3 is a methyl group that substitutes a hydrogen atom of a benzene ring of X, and m is an integer of 1-6 that represents the number of substitutions. In the unit (3), a hydrogen atom of -CH 3 of the unit (2) is substituted with a substituent "Z" that is derived from a carboxylic acid or an anhydride thereof, n is an integer of 1-6 that represents the number of substitutions, and l+n is m.
